We produce BPP blocks for stabilizing soft surfaces such as lawns or driveways. The installation of the stabilization is based on three simple steps:

• Lay the block sections on a level and soft ground.
• Connect the individual block sections using built-in connectors.
• Press the blocks into the ground using a vibrating compactor or roller.

Our blocks are suitable for freshly leveled terrain with humus, sand, or even on existing lawns without the need to remove the grass. When pressing the blocks into existing grass, it is advisable to wait for rain.

During the pressing process, it is important to continuously add additional sections and press the already laid ones to prevent excessive tension and possible cracking of the blocks.

The blocks are designed for stabilizing surfaces such as:

• Parking lots
• Maneuvering areas
• General aviation taxiways and runways
• Private driveways
• Fire access roads
• Temporary access roads
• Permeable surfaces (with drainage issues)

 

They are made of a specially selected blend of polypropylene and polyethylene, which allows them to function effectively across a wide range of temperatures.

When properly installed, they provide a substrate strength of up to 60 t/m2, and no building permit or specialized knowledge is required. If necessary, they can be easily dismantled.

BPP blocks are a great alternative to concrete or asphalt, as they do not require additional drainage and allow grass to grow freely, providing both ecological and visual benefits.

Each individual block has dimensions of 20 x 20 cm, allowing for various pattern creations and minimal waste during cutting. Standardly, the blocks are produced in black color, but they can be customized to any desired color for line marking and pattern creation. You can order individual pieces or ready-made sections measuring 80 x 120 cm.

Cutting can be done using manual or circular saws.
